Although the actual bouquet may not be precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality, and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the special notes at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Because we're dealing with nature's delicate creations, we have a policy in place. If, for any reason, your flowers arrive less than perfect, please, let us know within 24 hours. We want to make it right. We'll ask for a photo and details, and if it's our fault, we'll gladly offer a replacement. We want your flowers to bring joy, not disappointment.
For our non-floral gifts, like vases and those little extras, we offer a bit more flexibility. If you change your mind, you can return them within a set window, as long as they're in their original condition. We simply ask that you cover the return shipping, unless we made a mistake, of course.
