We want to make it right. We'll ask for a photo and details, and if it's our fault, we'll gladly offer a replacement. We want your flowers to bring joy, not disappointment.
For our non-floral gifts, like vases and those little extras, we offer a bit more flexibility. If you change your mind, you can return them within a set window, as long as they're in their original condition. We simply ask that you cover the return shipping, unless we made a mistake, of course.
