Also know as a snake plant but a different variety.  This plant is extremely easy care, just don't pay attention to it except to water once in a awhile!  He likes indirect sunlight and to be watered when the top of his soil is dry! These plants can grow  on a patio or under a covered porch in the summer, but need to be brought in during the cold months.  The Sanseveria has many nicknames such as a snake plant or a mother in laws tongue.
